At GnA Ethnic Wears, we take great pride in the quality of every item we send out. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns & No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged due to our error.

Damaged Item Claims

If you receive a damaged item, a parcel opening video is mandatory to process any claim. Please note:

  • The video must be recorded from the very beginning of opening the parcel
  • The parcel must be fully sealed with all tapes intact at the start of the video
  • Any claim submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted
  • No exceptions will be made to this policy

Colour Variation

Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and photography. This is not considered a fault and will not be accepted as grounds for a return or exchange.

Product Images

All images on our website feature AI-generated model photos for presentation purposes only. The actual product will be very similar to what is shown, however a slight difference of around 5–6% may occasionally occur in terms of embroidery placement, fabric texture or minor design details. This is not considered a fault and will not be accepted as grounds for a return or exchange. If you would like to see real photos before purchasing, please contact us via WhatsApp or DM on Instagram.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
