How long does delivery take?
- Standard shipping across Australia: 7–8 business days
- Express shipping within Australia: 3–5 business days
- International orders: 12–15 business days
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes! We ship internationally. Please allow 12–15 business days for international orders.
What sizes do you offer?
We stock sizes S through to 6XL depending on the design. Size availability varies per design so please check the product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged due to our error. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please record an unboxing video starting from when the parcel is fully sealed and contact us within 48 hours with your video and order details.
What if the product looks slightly different from the photo?
All website photos are AI-generated model images. The actual product may have a slight 5–6% variation in embroidery placement or fabric texture. This is not considered a fault. You can DM us before purchasing to see real product photos.
